Q: Is Wolngarin suitable for families?

A: Yes, we happily accept families as much as we welcome those that are young at heart

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Sorry, we do not allow Pets at Wolngarin.

Q: Is Wolngarin Wheelchair friendly?

A: We have a portable wheelchair ramp that we can provide to give easy access to the single storey villas as their is only one step to get inside. Although these villas do not meet all the strict criteria for ” wheelchair friendly accommodation “, we do have many regular guests who are mobility impaired.

Q: Is there secure carparking?

A: Wolngarin Holiday Resort provides one covered carport per apartment. If you require a second carpark please ask reception as a spare may be available during quiet times.

Q: What are your Office hours?

A: The Reception is open at the following times: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 2pm, Sun & All Public Holidays 9am to 1pm.

Please note we close Xmas Day

Q: Is there a restaurant at Wolngarin?

A: While the Wolngarin does not have a restaurant, there is a local company that operates a room service menu which will deliver to your apartment, and there is a great little BYO cafe 5 minutes walk from Wolngarin that also does delicious takeaway pizzas.

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Q: Are there barbecue facilities?

A: There are 2 gas BBQ’s on the poolside for guests use. Please leave the BBQ’s clean and tidy for the next user.

Q: Is the beach accessible? How far away is it?

A: Noosa’s glorious main beach is a 5 minute drive from Wolngarin. However, 2 minutes walk from Wolngarin is Munna Point Beach, which is a river beach. Fantastic for kids, no waves, nice and shallow. Both our kids love spending time there.

Q: Is there a TV and DVD player in the apartment?

A: Yes, each apartment has both. Please note, all of the TV’s have been upgraded to flatscreen digital TV’s. Also we have a selection of DVDs at Reception that are available for guest use free of charge. Don’t forget that each apartment has complimentary Austar/Foxtel Satellite TV. We offer a selection of over 20 channels including movies, sport and cartoons.

 

Q: Do we need to bring our own bedding?

A: We provide all bedlinen and bath towels. All you need to bring is a beach towel to use at the pool or beach. Beach/pool towels are available for hire from reception.

Q: Does our accommodation have a telephone that can dial directly outside?

A: All apartments are equipped with a telephone, dial 9 for reception and ’0′ first to make an external call. Call charges will be added to your room account. This also means that friends and family can call you in your apartment direct. Your telephone number is +61 7 5449 39__followed by your room number. IE +61 7 5449 3901 for Villa 1, and +61 7 5449 3925 for Townhouse 25.

Q: What kind of air conditioners do you use?

A: Our air conditioners are reverse cycle split systems so they can be used for cooling in summer and heating in winter.

Q: Does the hotel accept credit cards?

A: Payments can be made securely online at the time of booking or at reception by cash, eftpos or credit (we accept VISA and Mastercard).

Q: Do the Townhouse Apartments have a balcony?

A: No, the 2 storey townhouses do not have balconies.

Q: Are there any good places to eat nearby?

A: There are a fantastic array of restaurants within a 10 minute walk of Wolngarin

Q: What time should I arrive at your hotel?

A: Usually, Check-in time is from 2pm. However if you intend to arrive earlier, please contact us ahead of schedule to arrange this as we may be able to have your apartment ready earlier than 2pm. Likewise, please note our Office hours, and if you intend arriving after the Reception closes you must contact us prior to booking to arrange this

Q: When is the departure time?

A: Please Check-out prior to 10am but use of the facilities may continue till 1pm. Late Check-out is subject to availability, fees may apply.
