“Spacious, Clean, Friendly”
“Situated in between the river and the beach (10 min walk to the river with all the cafes and 20 min walk to the beach). Very spacious 2 bedroom units easily accommodate 2 couples.
Great value at $200 per night. Super efficient air conditioner! Heated pool and great bbq area. You are not allowed to eat at the bbq because it is next to the pool. Managers were very friendly and gave good advice in regards to activities and places to visit.”
“Beautiful Townhouse”
“We were lucky to stay in this resort for Easter. We love it.
In our check-in, Jim made us feel welcome and provided us a detail guide about the things that we can do around the place.
The house was perfect with plenty of facilities. Pool and spa area are really enjoyable. Pretty quiet at night, a few minutes walking from Gympie Terrace.”
“Fantastic Stay”
“This was not our first time staying here in fact we have stayed here 3 times in 6 months!
Jim ,Tracey & kids are such a lovely breath of fresh air when it comes to management. They give you all the help you need when you need it plus more. Amazing people who are the heart of this place and the reason for returning again and again.
All the units are very well equipped and you can happily self cater if you don’t want to eat out at the many places available near by.
There’s a good sized fridge freezer, washing machine & dryer. Some units have a bath, all have showers. There are tables and chairs if you want to sit outside and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
There’s a good sized swimming pool , small shallow pool for little ones and a hot tub. Tennis courts with tennis rackets and balls are also available exclusively to resort guests.
There is a plethora of tours to book at reception and again Jim & Tracey can help you decide which ones are for you.
From the resort you are a 2 minute walk to the river across the road or a pleasant stroll from the many shops ,restaurant & cafes along Gympie terrace and river front dining.
It’s a short bus ride or drive from Hastings Street and it’s many shops, restaurants and off course the stunning beach. At the end of a hustling day you can make your way back to your peaceful Wolngarin retreat.”
“Great place to stay in Noosaville”
“We have stayed at Wolngarin twice before and are going back in a few months.
This resort is in a great location and is about a 20 mins walk to Noosaville restaurants and shops. A 2 minute walk to the Noosa river where you can fish or paddle a kayak or canoe.
Jim and Tracey are excellent managers and are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is always clean and well looked after.”
“Awesome; no smoking anywhere”
“It was great to use the pool without the time ruined by smokers as generally happens at other hotels and resorts.
Pool set up is great with a smaller shallow pool for very young children.
Jim and Tracy where great hosts and took the time to offer suggestions for tours and the like.
Access to the main beach / Hastings Street is a 2.5 km walk or catch one of the regular buses less than 200 metres away.”
